You watched him struggle to open the door with his forearm and laughed at his chivalry. It was raining and you were parting – him getting back to work, you going home. As he was bidding his goodbye, it took you a while to realize that he had already positioned his hand at the small of your back, his entire body looming over you, and his cheek inches away from yours, his deep and intimate voice uttering bye right at your ear. You squealed his name, which has become synonymous to stop it, but you couldn’t deny that you both giggled like you did something silly like kiss for the first time.
